You Made a Difference in October

Huge thanks to everyone who participated in DVAM, Domestic Violence Action Month, in October!

At TTD, we were very busy facilitating three book clubs, participating in a variety of business events, spreading the news about Purple Light Nights® , promoting the Library Campaign, joining the Maine Marathon, pulling off Wear Purple Day, and engaging in radio and TV spots and podcasts.

We could not have done it without our friends and colleagues, volunteers and donors, and all who care about making a difference in Cumberland County!

Let’s make every month a time of action, to reduce and end domestic violence in all of our lives. At TTD we will continue to put our mission at the center of our work: We envision a world where all people are safe, respected, and supported in their relationships and communities, where everyone’s basic needs are met and they are able to lead whole, fulfilling lives.
